Opus selected as one of four standout sales launches in central London last year, Prime Resi reports
Molior, London development analysts, have highlighted Opus, Bankside Yards as one of four standout sales launches of 2025, Prime Resi has reported. Well-positioned projects, it says, have continued to attract buyers despite the recent challenges of London’s residential market. Native Land’s Opus has been selected alongside Ballymore’s The Capston, SW8 and Berkeley Group’s Trillium, W2.
In June of last year Prime Resi reported on the ‘blockbuster debut’ of Opus, with reported sales of £120 million following the launch in May 2025. Opus is set to offer a new blueprint for city living on London’s South Bank when it completes in 2027.
Tim Craine, Director of Molior, shared his thoughts, indicating that despite “a difficult market, valuable central London residential developments are enjoying much success”.
What features are drawing buyers to the new 50-storey residential tower? Apartments in the building will offer exceptional views over London’s River Thames and the city’s skyline. The lifestyle offering is also key, as Opus residents will enjoy access to exceptional wellbeing facilities. Designed by PLP Architecture and ODA, there will be over four floors of the building dedicated to amenities including a padel court, podcasting and art studios, screening room, a Pilates and yoga studio, bouldering wall, hydrotherapy pool and current pool, spa and an exclusive residents’ bar and terrace – the Summit Club & Deck on the 23rd floor with panoramic views.
With prices starting at £775,000, explore the studio, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments and 4-bedroom penthouses available at Opus by visiting our Sales Gallery.
