Opus offers hotel-style amenities with the comfort of home, The Sunday Times shares
The Sunday Times has highlighted Opus as one of London’s residences that offer homes with luxury hotel-style amenities to ensure a “life without friction, where every need is anticipated.”
Opus will be the first residential building to open at Bankside Yards and will be open to residents in 2027. All the amenities within the 50-storey South Bank tower have been designed to provide exceptional lifestyle, wellness and recreational amenities, including a Padel court, a sauna, a hydrotherapy pool and current pool, and a screening room to name but a few.
“Opus is being designed with Gen Z firmly in mind with its fully equipped podcasting, music and content creation studios, so hip young homeowners can blend their personal, professional and digital lives,” Nicky Rampley-Clarke writes.
The podcasting studio will offer high-quality recording equipment, to allow residents to produce professional-grade audio with ease. Opus will cater for an array of creative endeavours, with a music room, art studio and screening room all located on one floor.
Elsewhere in the PLP Architecture-designed space, residents can enjoy a plethora of activities thanks to the bouldering wall, Padel court, swimming pools and sauna, a fully equipped gymnasium, and a yoga and Pilates studio which will all be available within the Arches on the ground floor.
