Personalisation is the future of luxury London living, The Spaces shares

There’s one word that comes to mind when thinking about the future of luxury living and that’s personalisation, Emily Wright shares in her recent article for The Spaces

At Opus, Bankside Yards, this future is already taking shape. Designed by PLP Architecture and ODA, the development is crafted to prioritise lifestyle, with connection and convenience woven throughout.

The four floors of dedicated amenities at Opus include:

  • Spaces designed for optimal wellbeing, including on-site residents’ spa facilities
  • Access to a variety of exercise spaces, including a padel court, a gym, a bouldering wall and a hydrotherapy pool, set against a backdrop of the restored historic arches
  • The Garden Rooms will offer a useful space to work within the building, thanks to a self-service bar and private meeting rooms

As Nicholas Gray, Executive Director at Native Land shared:

“Residents want to feel seen. Our priority is to ensure that every resident, with their varied routines, interests and backgrounds can identify spaces with the building to support their daily lives.”
